Come to Hearth to focus on your creative journey in a peaceful, inspiring setting.
Residencies are self-guided and the artist residents are not expected to produce anything specific during their stay. All disciplines are welcome.
Fees include lodging, use of kitchen and workspaces, and access to farm.
Local Transportation: Bicycles available to residents to cycle to town, which is 5 km away.
Transportation to/from Hearth: For a fee we can pick you up from train stations or airports in Galicia.
Residency options:
Individual Residency
- For individual artists.
- Artist resident may bring their partner and children. Pricing based on total number of people attending.
- Duration: 2 weeks – 3 months.
- April – September: €200/week for a shared room. €500/month for a shared room. €265/week for a private room. €665/month for a private room.
- October – March: €150/week for a shared room. €375/month for a shared room. €200/week for a private room. €500/month for a private room.
Group Residency
- Artists may apply as a group. Each artist should fill out an application form.
- Or artist resident may bring their partner and/or children. Only the artist needs to fill out an application form.
- Maximum 4 people per group.
- Duration: 2 weeks – 3 months.
Group Retreat
- Hearth is available for third-parties to use for creative retreats.
- We can accommodate groups of up to 8 people.
- Minimum duration is one week.
